Voi Technology AB is seeking an experienced Head of Proposals & Content to lead the Tender Enablement team. You will own the quality and persuasiveness of tender content across the portfolio, ensuring submissions are clear and compelling and tailored to cities’ needs.

You will build and lead a team of proposal writers, set editorial standards, and drive content strategy. You will collaborate with Commercial, Bid Strategy, and PMO to deliver high‑impact bids at scale.

Formación

• 8–10 years in bid or tender writing, proposal management or content leadership.
• Experience owning bids end to end and developing reusable content.
• Strong writing judgment and ability to scale teams and standards.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Proposal & Content function, strategy, standards and content quality.
• Build and develop a team of Proposal & Content Managers and writers.
• Oversee capacity planning across live and upcoming tenders.
• Set and champion tone of voice and editorial standards.
• Own document control, quality gates and consistency standards.
• Maintain in-language delivery capability across non-English markets.
• Improve tender content library and reusable content assets.
• Lead content for Voi’s most strategic bids.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Bid Strategy and PMO to align narratives.
