Job summary

Connect Legal Partners is seeking an experienced Bid and Tender Manager to lead formal responses for regional and national opportunities. You will scope bids, build win plans with fee earners, research clients, and draft, edit and proofread proposal content.

You will coordinate inputs across the firm, coach fee earners ahead of pitches, run debriefs on results, maintain the content library, and spot cross-selling opportunities to grow the business.

Qualifications

• At least three years in bid or tender management in a business to business setting, including formal tenders.
• Strong writing and verbal skills.
• Confidence dealing with senior people and close attention to detail.
• Proficiency with IT and numeracy; ability to prioritise under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Scope and assess bids for regional and national opportunities.
• Build the win plan with fee earners and research clients.
• Draft, edit and proofread content for proposals.
• Coordinate input across the firm and coach fee earners ahead of pitches.
• Run debriefs on results and maintain the content library and precedents.
