Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Growth Markets is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead and win strategically important pursuits across markets. You will coordinate bid strategy, EOIs, PuQs, ITTs and final submissions, guiding a multi-disciplinary team to deliver compelling proposals.

You will use Copilot alongside Office365 tools to manage governance, create bid narratives and maintain compliant documentation, while developing SharePoint and Teams sites for bid activities and ensuring a high standard of quality and

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering bids from inception through ITT and client interviews.
• Experience leading bid teams from strategy to delivery of outcomes.
• Results-oriented, inspiring, motivated and flexible management style.
• Strong influencing skills to maximise expert knowledge on opportunities.
• Willingness to travel across the UK as required by bids.
• Competent bid writer capable of crafting and editing bid narratives; reviewing others' responses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the bid process from strategy through to closure, keeping up with client changes and clarifications.
• Lead the development of bid strategy, win themes and bid reviews across teams.
• Produce high-quality proposals and collateral that align with AtkinsRéalis branding.
• Create and manage SharePoint and MS Teams sites for bid activities.
• Ensure bid governance and compliance with AtkinsRéalis procedures.
