Job summary

Veolia Group in Cannock is seeking a Senior Proposal Writer to craft persuasive, high-value tenders that showcase Veolia's solutions and differentiation. You will manage multiple proposals, coordinate with subject matter experts, and develop winning win themes and value propositions.

• Proven bid writing experience on tenders valued over £5m.
• Ability to manage multiple high‑value bids with tight deadlines.
• Excellent writing style with adaptability to audiences.
• Discerning eye for detail and strong proofreading skills.
• Strong research and analytical abilities from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Craft persuasive proposals for high-value tenders, highlighting Veolia's solutions and value.
• Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, ensuring on-time, high-quality submissions.
• Collaborate with SMEs, BD, technical and operations teams to gather insights.
• Develop win themes, value propositions, and ensure content is structured and coherent.
• Mentor writers, establish quality standards, and build the bid library.
