Job summary

More2Life, part of the Key Group, is seeking a Senior Property Portfolio Case Manager to oversee high‑risk cases and liaise with solicitors, asset managers, and external partners. The role focuses on litigation, enforcement, and possession processes across England, Wales, and Scotland.

You will manage case progression, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement while ensuring regulatory compliance. Based in Rishton with standard office hours.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting litigation, court administration, enforcement, or legal case management activities.
• Experience in mortgage servicing, arrears management, recoveries, collections, or possession environments.
• Knowledge of court procedures and litigation processes across England, Wales, and Scotland.
• Experience within property, mortgage servicing, legal services, or a regulated financial services environment.
• Exposure to working with solicitors, asset managers, field agents, or other external professionals.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem solving abilities and proactive approach to resolving issues.
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the progression of litigation and enforcement cases through administrative and operational activities.
• Learning and developing knowledge of pre-litigation, litigation, and enforcement processes across England, Wales, and Scotland.
• Assisting with lender in possession property sales, including coordinating with solicitors, asset managers, field agents, and other third parties.
• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive case records and ensuring all activity is documented correctly.
• Monitoring case progression and escalating delays, risks, customer vulnerabilities, or concerns where appropriate.
• Building effective working relationships with internal departments and external partners.
• Assisting with team reporting, management information and referral preparation.
• Supporting quality assurance activities and ensuring regulatory and procedural standards are maintained.
• Processing invoices and undertaking other administrative tasks as required.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and helping to enhance team processes and customer outcomes.
