Job summary

Key Group, via More2Life, is seeking a Senior Property Portfolio Case Manager to support the day-to-day management of high-risk property and litigation cases. You will work with the Property Portfolio Manager and external partners to progress litigation, enforce outcomes, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting litigation, court administration, enforcement, or legal case management activities.
• Experience working within mortgage servicing, arrears management, recoveries, collections, or possession environments
• Knowledge of court procedures and litigation processes across England, Wales, and Scotland
• Experience within property, mortgage servicing, legal services, or a regulated financial services environment
• Exposure to working with solicitors, asset managers, field agents, or other external legal and property professionals
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues
• Confidence in handling sensitive or challenging conversations professionally
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Supporting the progression of litigation and enforcement cases through administrative and operational activities.
• Learning and developing knowledge of pre-litigation, litigation, and enforcement processes across England, Wales, and Scotland.
• Assisting with lender in possession property sales, including coordinating with solicitors, asset managers, field agents, and other third parties.
• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive case records and ensuring all activity is documented correctly.
• Monitoring case progression and escalating delays, risks, customer vulnerabilities, or concerns where appropriate.
• Building effective working relationships with internal departments and external partners.
• Assisting with team reporting, management information and referral preparation.
• Supporting quality assurance activities and ensuring regulatory and procedural standards are maintained.
• Processing invoices and undertaking other administrative tasks as required.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and helping to enhance team processes and customer outcomes.
