More2Life, part of the Key Group, is seeking a Senior Property Portfolio Case Manager in Preston to support high‑risk litigation and enforcement cases from inception through resolution. You will work with the Property Portfolio Manager and external partners to ensure compliant, fair, and timely outcomes.

The role covers lender possession properties, enforcement actions, and liaising with solicitors, asset managers, and field agents.

This role offers exposure to a broad range of property and litigation processes, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build specialist knowledge within a regulated financial services environment. **What you'll be doing**As a Senior Property Portfolio Case Manager, you'll support the day to day management of high risk cases, working closely with Property Portfolio Manager and external partners. Your responsibilities will include:* Supporting the progression of litigation and enforcement cases through administrative and operational activities.* Learning and developing knowledge of pre-litigation, litigation, and enforcement processes across England, Wales, and Scotland.* Assisting with lender in possession property sales, including coordinating with solicitors, asset managers, field agents, and other third parties.* Maintaining accurate and comprehensive case records and ensuring all activity is documented correctly.* Monitoring case progression and escalating delays, risks, customer vulnerabilities, or concerns where appropriate.* Building effective working relationships with internal departments and external partners.* Assisting with team reporting, management information and referral preparation.* Supporting quality assurance activities and ensuring regulatory and procedural standards are maintained.* Processing invoices and undertaking other administrative tasks as required.* Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and helping to enhance team processes and customer outcomes. **What we're looking for**We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and keen to learn.
