More2Life, part of the Key Group, is seeking a Senior Property Portfolio Case Manager in Preston to support high‑risk litigation and enforcement cases from inception through resolution. You will work with the Property Portfolio Manager and external partners to ensure compliant, fair, and timely outcomes.

The role covers lender possession properties, enforcement actions, and liaising with solicitors, asset managers, and field agents.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting litigation, court administration, enforcement, or legal case management.
• Experience in mortgage servicing, arrears management, recoveries, or possession environments.
• Knowledge of court procedures and litigation across England, Wales and Scotland.
• Experience with solicitors, asset managers, field agents, or external property professionals.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations with discretion.
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support progression of litigation and enforcement cases through administrative and operational activities.
• Learn pre-litigation, litigation, and enforcement processes across England, Wales, and Scotland.
• Assist with lender in possession property sales, coordinating with solicitors and asset managers.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive case records and document activity.
• Monitor case progression and escalate delays, risks, vulnerabilities, or concerns.
• Build effective working relationships with internal departments and external partners.
• Assist with team reporting, management information and referrals.
• Support quality assurance and regulatory standards adherence.
• Process invoices and undertake other administrative tasks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
