Job summary

More2Life is seeking a Senior Property Portfolio Case Manager to support high-risk litigation and enforcement cases across England, Wales and Scotland, coordinating with solicitors, asset managers and partners while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will manage day-to-day case progression, maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement of team processes and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting litigation, court administration, enforcement, or legal case management.
• Experience working within mortgage servicing, arrears management, recoveries, collections, or possession environments.
• Knowledge of court procedures and litigation processes across England, Wales, and Scotland.
• Experience within property, mortgage servicing, legal services, or a regulated financial services environment.
• Exposure to working with solicitors, asset managers, field agents, or other external professionals.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support the progression of litigation and enforcement cases through administrative and operational activities.
• Learn and develop knowledge of pre-litigation, litigation, and enforcement processes across England, Wales, and Scotland.
• Assist with lender in possession property sales, coordinating with solicitors, asset managers, field agents, and third parties.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive case records and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor case progression and escalate delays, risks, customer vulnerabilities, or concerns.
• Build effective working relationships with internal departments and external partners.
• Assist with team reporting, management information and referral preparation.
• Support quality assurance activities and ensure regulatory standards are maintained.
• Process invoices and undertake other administrative tasks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help enhance team processes and outcomes.
