Job summary

More2Life, part of the Key Group, is seeking a Senior Property Portfolio Case Manager to support high-risk cases from inception to resolution. You will work with the Property Portfolio Manager and external partners to manage lender in possession properties and enforcement activities, ensuring fair treatment and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting litigation, court admin, enforcement, or legal case management.
• Experience in mortgage servicing, arrears, recoveries, or possession.
• Knowledge of court procedures across England, Wales, and Scotland.
• Experience in property, mortgage servicing, or regulated financial services.
• Exposure to solicitors, asset managers, field agents, or external professionals.
• Excellent organisation with prioritisation ability.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem solving and proactive issue resolution.
• Confidence handling sensitive conversations.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support progression of litigation and enforcement cases through admin and operations.
• Learn pre-litigation, litigation, and enforcement processes across the UK.
• Assist with lender in possession property sales, coordinating with solicitors and agents.
• Maintain accurate case records and document activity.
• Monitor progress and escalate delays or risks.
• Build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Assist with team reporting and management information.
• Support quality assurance and regulatory standards.
• Process invoices and undertake other admin tasks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
