Job summary

Key Group is seeking a highly organized Senior Property Portfolio Case Manager to support the management of high-risk litigation and enforcement cases within a regulated financial services setting. You will work with internal teams and external partners to progress cases from inception to resolution, ensuring regulatory compliance and customer-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting litigation, court administration, enforcement, or legal case management.
• Experience in mortgage servicing, arrears management, recoveries, or possession environments.
• Knowledge of court procedures and litigation processes across England, Wales and Scotland.
• Experience in property, mortgage servicing, legal services or a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of high-risk cases in collaboration with the Property Portfolio Manager and external partners.
• Assist with progression of litigation and enforcement cases through administrative tasks.
• Develop knowledge of pre-litigation, litigation, and enforcement processes across England, Wales, and Scotland.
• Coordinate with solicitors, asset managers, field agents, and other third parties for lender in possession properties.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure proper documentation of activity.
• Monitor case progression and escalate delays, risks, or customer vulnerabilities as needed.
• Support team reporting, MI, and referral preparation.
• Contribute to quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
