Job summary

Key Group's More2Life division seeks a Senior Property Portfolio Case Manager to support day-to-day management of high‑risk arrears, litigation and enforcement cases across England, Wales and Scotland. You will coordinate with solicitors, asset managers, field agents and other third parties to progress cases from inception through to resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting litigation, court administration, enforcement, or legal case management.
• Experience working in mortgage servicing, arrears management, recoveries, or possession environments.
• Knowledge of court procedures across England, Wales and Scotland.
• Experience collaborating with solicitors, asset managers, field agents or other external professionals.

Responsibilities

• Support progression of litigation and enforcement cases.
• Learn pre-litigation, litigation and enforcement processes across England, Wales and Scotland.
• Assist with lender in possession property sales coordinating with solicitors and asset managers.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive case records and ensure documentation is complete.
• Monitor case progression and escalate delays, risks or customer vulnerabilities.
• Build effective relationships with internal departments and external partners.
• Assist with team reporting, management information and referral preparation.
• Support quality assurance and regulatory compliance activities.
