• Strong client relationship and leadership capabilities.
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships for Asset Manager across the portfolio.
• Oversee lease/legals management and occupier applications.
• Manage service charge budgets, reconciliations and cash flow in line with RICS guidelines.
• Coordinate ESG initiatives and align client ESG strategy with JLL.
• Supervise inspections, major works, and project coordination across sites.
