• MRICS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare formal and detailed client reports on the property management service, quarterly, annually, and ad hoc.
• Oversee service charge expenditure and ensure lease obligations are met by tenants.
• Manage and supervise on-site staff, graduates, and other property managers.
