Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Associate Property Manager in London to lead client relationships and oversee property management activities across portfolio assets. This role focuses on delivering outstanding service while maintaining strong client engagement.

The candidate will manage lease/occupier matters, comply with lease covenants, and coordinate financial management with accounts teams.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification preferred with 5+ years in property management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for the Asset Manager and manage client relationships.
• Receive, progress, and advise on occupier applications for consent and lease matters.
• Ensure compliance with lease covenants and resolve breaches.
• Coordinate financial management with accounts teams and manage cashflow.
• Prepare service charge budgets and reconciliations.
• Support ESG initiatives and align ESG strategy with the client.
• Oversee supplier performance and site inspections.
• Handle property transactions, due diligence, and liaise with solicitors.
• Provide content for client reporting and attend meetings.
• Engage occupiers to maintain high customer satisfaction.
