Qualifications

• MRICS qualification preferred; 5+ years in property management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Excellent IT and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for Asset Manager and lead client relationships.
• Receive, progress and advise on occupier applications for consent/alterations/leases.
• Prepare and manage service charge budgets and reconciliations.
• Work with ESG and FM teams on ESG initiatives and align client strategy.
• Inspect properties, oversee site-based projects and transactions.
