Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks a Surveyor in Property Management for on-site London assets. You will support the Asset Manager, manage leases, service charges, and occupier relationships, while contributing to client reporting and governance.

The ideal candidate has solid PM experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and MRICS is preferred or you are working towards MRICS. You will join a collaborative PM team delivering ESG and safety compliance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• MRICS or working towards MRICS.
• Solid experience in property management or related role.
• Good understanding of landlord and tenant matters.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Commercially aware with proactive problem solving.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Competent IT skills with property management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Client & stakeholder support and act as a key contact for Asset Manager.
• Lease and legal management support for occupier applications.
• Assist in financial processes, invoicing and arrears liaison.
• Prepare service charge budgets and cash flow forecasts.
• Support ESG initiatives and collaboration with FM teams.
• Oversee supplier and facilities management and inspections.
• Assist with property transitions, due diligence, and reports.
• Support occupier engagement and customer experience initiatives.
• Contribute to project work and continuous improvement.
