JLL in Birmingham seeks a Senior Surveyor to lead property management and client relationships across a portfolio of assets. You will manage financial accountability, service charge processes, and ESG initiatives while coordinating with Asset Managers and client teams to deliver targeted KPIs.

Qualifications

• Preferably MRICS with 3+ years in property management.
• Strong client relationship and commercial acumen.
• Ability to manage financials, reporting, and service charge processes.

Responsabilités

• Act as main contact for Asset Manager and lead client relationship.
• Receive, progress and advise on occupier applications and leases.
• Ensure lease compliance and resolve breaches; respond to lease/licence queries.
• Collaborate with accounts to manage cashflow, charge-raising and expenses.
• Prepare service charge budgets and reconciliations per RICS guidelines.
• Work with ESG/FM teams on ESG initiatives and client strategy.
• Oversee supplier performance and major works; conduct portfolio inspections.
• Support transactions, due diligence, acquisitions and disposals with external parties.
• Provide client reporting content and participate in client meetings.
• Engage occupiers to maintain high customer satisfaction and drive experience initiatives.
