Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for Asset Manager and lead this relationship.
• oversee lease & legal management, consent, and compliance matters.
• Prepare service charge budgets and reconciliations with KPI guidance.
• Support ESG initiatives and align client ESG strategy with JLL.
• Conduct regular inspections and manage site-based projects.
