We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Project Officer (Skills Bootcamps) to join our Employment and Skills Development Service. This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in the development and delivery of Greater Lincolnshire's Skills Bootcamps programme, helping residents gain the skills employers need while supporting economic growth across the county.
This is a two year fixed term contract with the potential to become permanent.
Reporting to the Employment and Skills Delivery Manager, you will support the commissioning, management and monitoring of Skills Bootcamps provision across Greater Lincolnshire. You will work closely with training providers, employers, internal colleagues and external partners to ensure programmes are delivered effectively, achieve funding and performance targets, and respond to local labour market needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity to influence the future direction of adult skills provision in Greater Lincolnshire while working within a supportive and ambitious team. You'll have the chance to build partnerships, develop innovative learning solutions and directly contribute to economic growth and social mobility across the county.
Travel is expected across Greater Lincolnshire as part of the role. The team has adopted a hybrid and flexible approach to work, with one mandatory office day per week (currently Sleaford, Lincolnshire).
