Job summary

Lincolnshire County Council is recruiting an Apprentice Support Worker to help people with disabilities live the full daily life. Based in Horncastle, this fixed-term role offers 30 hours a week and a clear path to a Level 2 award, with college support and on-site teams.

Apprentice Support WorkerIt's our job to help people with disabilities live each day to the full. We're developing our community day services in Horncastle and this is an exciting time to join our experienced and friendly team.

We are looking for a Apprentice Support Worker who can work flexibly, have a positive outlook and a willingness to learn. With a focus on sharing your talents and interests, bring your energy and can-do approach and help make a difference.

Our Apprentice Support Workers earn as they learn with expert support from a local college and our friendly local teams. This is a fixed term post for 2 years, 30 hours per week and will lead to a Level 2 award.

We require that you have in place good connectivity, and we will discuss during the recruitment process if support with this is needed.

Fluency Duty in accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
