Lincolnshire County Council is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Community Opportunities team in Lincolnshire on a fixed-term contract with the potential to become permanent. You will lead and inspire local teams, develop services, and deliver ambitious plans to support people with learning disabilities, autism and other life-long conditions.

We have set ourselves an exciting agenda of change and improvement and we have already taken our first steps on the journey.
We’re looking for five Assistant Managers who has the commitment and skills to inspire and manage our teams at Louth, Horncastle, Lincoln, Grantham and Market Rasen, as well as be a key part of our wider management team across the County. Adapting and responding to the needs, wants, and wishes of the people we support, you’ll play a key role in delivering our ambitious development plans.
