Lincolnshire County Council requires a dedicated Support Worker to assist people with disabilities across a variety of activities. You will help individuals gain skills, confidence and independence while supporting their daily living and community participation.
We value flexible, compassionate team players who can adapt to shifts, including some weekends and evenings. A driving licence with access to a vehicle is advantageous and enthusiasm to learn is essential.

We are looking for a Support Worker who can work flexibly, with a positive outlook, good communication skills and a willingness to learn. The ability to drive with access to a vehicle for work would be an advantage. Please talk to us about the hours available, we work flexibly across the week including some weekends and evenings.
