Job summary

Glanua is seeking a Design Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering water and wastewater infrastructure projects from design through construction. You will manage design scope, budgets and schedules, liaising with clients and consultants to ensure compliant, innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar design management role in water/wastewater projects.
• Holds Level 8 Honours Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical or Environmental Engineering.
• Experience with design coordination, HAZOPs, PSDP and construction interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary design team across concept to construction handover.
• Ensure Health, Safety, Environmental & Sustainability standards are embedded in designs.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and stakeholders to deliver engineered solutions.
