Job summary

Bovis is seeking a Project Manager - Building Services with an electrical bias for a major new build commercial project in the City of London. You will lead project delivery, manage budgets and coordinate with design teams, clients and supply chains to maximise value while maintaining safety standards.

The role demands Chartered status or equivalent, strong communication, and proven leadership across multi-disciplinary teams on construction projects.

Qualifications

• Chartered status (CIOB) or equivalent professional qualification.
• Demonstrable delivery experience on construction projects.
• Electrical-biased M&E installation experience on new build projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall execution from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project strategy, plan and schedule.
• Ensure safety compliance across staff and contractors.
