Job summary

Bovis is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager for a major refurbishment/retro fit project in Central London. You will lead procurement, manage a core commercial team on site, and ensure robust risk and contract controls align with client expectations and project targets.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will drive commercial reporting, manage interim payments and final accounts, and ensure value for money across complex packages on a high-profile site in London.

Qualifications

• Must have CSCS card for the role and professional construction qualifications or equivalent experience.
• MRICS chartership or recognised equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Procurement of the project in accordance with approved strategy, ensuring orders are fully scoped and contracted per authority limits.
• Liaise with Client team in accordance with the Contract.
• Manage supply chain relationships to ensure a coordinated procurement approach.
• Robust implementation and management of commercial, legal, insurance and risk controls for the Project.
• Accurate commercial reporting and contract administration including interim payments, changes, cashflows and final account.
• Ensure project is delivered safely, on time and within budget while meeting client expectations.
• Report to the Commercial Director and lead the on-site commercial team.
