The Environment Agency is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic planning and business management within a major digital transformation programme. We have an exciting opportunity to lead strategic planning and business management within the largest digital transformation programme in the Environment & Business directorate. The Regulatory Services Programme aims to deliver digital services that will revolutionize environmental regulation.
You will lead within the Programme Management Office (PMO), providing valuable input into the financial and business management of the Programme. Your role will support risk mitigation, issue resolution, and barrier removal to ensure alignment with the business case and deliver value for money.
We seek someone with a proven track record in managing complex financial data, collaborating to maximize value for money, and influencing ongoing investments.

The Digital, Innovation and Programmes team oversees the Digital Strategy and its execution across E&B, shaping the delivery of digital services to transform regulation.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, shared services, and third-party suppliers to develop user-centered online services and digital platforms that are efficient, simple, and fast.
