We have an exciting opportunity to be involved in the strategic planning and business management of the largest digital transformation programme within the Environment & Business directorate. The Regulatory Services Programme is responsible for delivering digital services that will transform how the Environment Agency regulates.
You will lead within the Programme Management Office (PMO), providing valuable input into the financial and business management of the Programme. Your role will support risk mitigation, issue resolution, and removing barriers to ensure alignment with the business case and value for money.
We seek someone with a strong track record in managing complex financial information, collaborating to drive value for money, and influencing ongoing investment.

The team
The Digital, Innovation, and Programmes team oversees the Digital Strategy and its implementation across E&B. Our work sets the strategic direction for delivering digital services that transform how the Environment Agency regulates.
You will work in a multidisciplinary team alongside Defra shared services and third-party suppliers to shape user-centered online services and digital platforms that are more efficient, simpler, and faster to use.
