Job summary

VIVO Defence Services seeks an experienced Project Manager or Contracts Manager to oversee Billable Works across a portfolio of sites. You will ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality delivery while coordinating with supply chains, site managers and MoD requirements.

The role involves cradle-to-grave project leadership within the construction/hard services FM sector, with hybrid working options and a focus on delivering value and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff in cradle to grave project management within construction.
• Leading operational teams, managing stakeholders, controlling costs and overseeing safe systems of work.
• Proficient IT skills in Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from initiation to handover and close.
• Coordinate with supply chain teams, site managers and local representatives to align priorities.
• Monitor performance indicators and ensure compliance with health, safety and MoD carbon reduction goals.
• Manage costs, stakeholders and contract risks with commercial acumen.
