• Relevant professional qualification or certification in project management, construction, engineering, or related field is beneficial.

Role Description

The Billable Works Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Croughton, responsible for managing and delivering billable maintenance and facilities projects for defense estates and housing. This role oversees project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring works are completed on time, within scope, and in line with budget and quality standards. Day-to-day activities include coordinating contractors and suppliers, expediting materials and services, performing site inspections, and monitoring progress to address risks or delays. The Project Manager collaborates with logistics and operations teams to streamline workflows, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting. The role also involves engaging with stakeholders, managing variations and change requests, and supporting continuous improvement of project delivery processes.
