Job summary

VIVO Defence Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Contracts Manager from a construction or hard services FM background to oversee the delivery of billable works across seven Plymouth area sites.

You will lead projects from cradle to grave, coordinating with supply chain teams, site managers and local representatives to ensure timely, high‑quality outcomes while maintaining health, safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff in cradle‑to‑grave project management within construction.
• SMSTS or equivalent health & safety qualification essential.
• HND in Building/Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Eng or equivalent in PM role.
• IT skills including Excel and Word are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from start to finish across seven Plymouth-area sites.
• Coordinate with supply chain teams, site managers and local representatives.
• Monitor KPIs, review risk assessments and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
• Manage costs, stakeholder expectations and contract risks with commercial acumen.
