Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with experience overseeing projects in the Commercial, Industrial & Logistics and Residential developments?

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with one of the most established construction businesses in the UK, who are currently on the look out for a Senior Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all projects within the previously mentioned sectors, ensuring opertaion success of projects worth upwards of 20m.

What are we looking for?
  • Prior experience overseeing multiple projects for a Main Contractor within the previously mentioned sectors
  • Relevant Degree/HNC
  • Strong management experience
  • Ideally, a professional membership such as CIOB
  • Experience in client management, supplier relationship management, and commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide input for PQQs and tender submissions, including construction methods, engineering and programming.
  • Lead the project team to ensure compliance with company policies and sustainability strategies.
  • Oversee health, safety, welfare, and environmental compliance across diverse project types.
  • Identify issues proactively, maintain confidentiality, and represent the business's best interests.
  • Support and mentor reporting staff, ensuring their professional development and adherence to job roles.
