Job summary

LLC Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee a large-scale recladding project valued at £30m across four high-rise blocks. The role requires CSCS, SMSTS and a first aid qualification, with proven experience delivering high-rise refurbishment works. A strong pipeline of secured work awaits the successful candidate.

Job description

Our client is a well-established main contractor, specialising in refurbishment projects across both the residential and commercial sectors.

We are assisting them in their search for a Senior Project Manager to oversee a large-scale re-cladding project valued at £30m consisting of 4 high rise blocks of flats.

The project will involve replacing the existing cladding and bringing the blocks up to A1 rated. There will also be a range of M&E infrastructure improvements alongside the reclad.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the project, coordinating the site team along with working closely with both the commercial and design teams.

The role will also involve leading all client and key stakeholder engagement, chairing internal and external progress meetings.

This is one of many major projects being delivered by the business, offering the successful candidates the opportunity to join a contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS and a first aid qualification, whilst also having previous experience delivering high rise re-cladding projects.
