Job summary

Sphere Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager in London to lead major cladding remediation and regeneration projects. You will oversee planning, delivery, safety, and quality, driving projects from start to finish within budget and on programme.

The role requires proven construction project management experience with cladding/remediation exposure, plus HNC or equivalent qualifications, SMSTS/CSCS, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven Project Management experience within construction.
• Cladding / EWI / façade remediation experience is essential.
• HNC or equivalent construction qualification/experience.
• SMSTS and CSCS.
• First Aid and Asbestos Awareness desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction programmes and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor project programmes, budgets and resources.
• Lead and manage Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers and project teams.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site-based staff.
• Work closely with Commercial, Design, Quality and Health & Safety teams.
• Monitor progress, productivity, quality and project costs.
• Take overall responsibility for site QA/QC records.
• Attend client, project and site meetings.

Sphere Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to manage the successful delivery of major cladding remediation and regeneration projects.

The role will have responsibility for managing projects from planning through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, to the required quality and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor project programmes, budgets and resources.
• Lead and manage Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers and project teams.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site-based staff.
• Work closely with Commercial, Design, Quality and Health & Safety teams.
• Manage procurement, labour and material requirements.
• Monitor progress, productivity, quality and project costs.
• Maintain project records, programmes and documentation.
• Ensure construction phase plans, RAMS and H&S requirements are implemented.
• Take overall responsibility for site QA/QC records.
• Attend client, project and site meetings.
• Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and residents where required.
• Resolve project issues and ensure works remain on track through to completion.

Requirements

• Proven Project Management experience within construction.
• Cladding / EWI / façade remediation experience is essential.
• HNC or equivalent construction qualification/experience.
• SMSTS and CSCS.
• First Aid and Asbestos Awareness desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction programmes and project delivery.
• Good commercial and financial awareness.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Competent with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Project.
