Job summary

Boden Group in Bristol is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead an accelerated cladding replacement and refurbishment programme across two high-rise residential blocks.

You will manage project teams and external works partners to meet budget and programme targets while maintaining high health, safety and environmental standards and building strong stakeholder relationships for a successful handover.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large construction projects via subcontract and supply chain.
• Experience managing high-rise or external façade works.
• End-to-end PM across pre-construction and construction stages.
• UK driving licence, SMSTS, and safe systems knowledge.
• Scaffold inspection, CSCS, First Aid and Temporary Works Coordinator certifications.
• PAS 2035 retrofit or social housing/live-environment experience (ideal).

Job description

Manage an accelerated cladding replacement and refurbishment programme across high-rise residential blocks in central Bristol.

This permanent opportunity suits an experienced construction Project Manager with external works, high-rise or high-risk building experience.

The Role

As the Project Manager, you'll:

• Lead project delivery across two high-rise tower blocks.
• Manage project teams and works partners against quality, budget and programme targets.
• Oversee façade replacement, MEP reinstatement, roofing, landscaping and groundworks.
• Maintain high health, safety and environmental management standards.
• Manage commercial risk and build strong stakeholder and supply-chain relationships.
• Provide technical guidance and target a zero-defect project handover.

About You

To be successful as the Project Manager, you'll have:

• Essential experience delivering large construction projects through subcontract and supply-chain arrangements.
• Essential experience managing high-rise or high-risk building projects and external façade works.
• Essential end-to-end project management experience across pre-construction and construction stages.
• An essential UK driving licence, SMSTS qualification and safe systems knowledge.
• Essential scaffold inspection, appropriate CSCS, First Aid and Temporary Works Coordinator certification.
• Ideally, PAS 2035 retrofit, social housing or live-environment experience.
