Job summary

Rolls-Royce SMR is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery across high-value Programme Directorate projects. You will coordinate scope, schedule, cost, risk and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role requires experience managing complex engineering programmes, a relevant degree and PM qualifications (APM PMQ or equivalent). Hybrid working across Derby, Manchester or Warrington is offered with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant discipline and/or project management qualification (APM PMQ or equivalent).
• Experience delivering complex engineering or technology projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk and change management.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and simplify complex topics to achieve outcomes.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, including Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP, Power BI or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of assigned projects and work packages within a programme environment.
• Coordinate scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk and stakeholder activities to achieve outcomes.
• Monitor performance and risks, escalate issues to maintain delivery momentum.
• Drive continuous improvement and apply lessons learned across project delivery.
