Job summary

Rolls-Royce SMR Limited seeks a Programme Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale, high-value nuclear programmes. The role focuses on turning strategy into delivery, maintaining safety, quality and on-time performance across multiple locations in a hybrid setup.

You will manage complex projects, drive governance and reporting, and build strong cross-functional teams to achieve milestones while engaging with suppliers and stakeholders. Derby/Manchester/Warrington hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in engineering, science, construction, project management or related discipline.
• Experience delivering complex programmes in technical, regulated or energy environments.
• Strong knowledge of planning, budgeting, risk management, reporting and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead management, coordination and integration of complex programmes within a highly technical environment.
• Drive programme performance through planning, governance, reporting, risk management and change control.
• Manage programme budgets and delivery baselines, ensuring milestones align with plans.
• Build and lead high-performing project management teams and collaborate across stakeholders and suppliers.
