Rolls-Royce SMR Limited is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to drive the construction readiness of RR SMR, coordinating with engineering, safety, and site teams. The role encompasses defining constructability, managing a global supply chain, and delivering high-quality, cost-efficient outcomes.

You will lead in a matrix organisation, collaborate across internal and external stakeholders, and adapt to a hybrid working model with possible international travel.

Formación

• Proven track record of managing construction projects (civil, oil & gas, nuclear, overseas)
• Results-oriented with focus on milestones, cost control and predictable outcomes
• Knowledge of construction safety, quality, regulatory compliance and UK/Europe law
• Strong collaboration and team leadership in a matrix organisation
• Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and relevant professional qualifications

Responsabilidades

• Ensure high-quality delivery, cost efficiency, and timely completion of the RR SMR in conjunction with Programme Managers (Construction).
• Oversee all aspects of construction management from planning to handover alongside Programme Managers (Construction).
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, architects, design and internal teams to maintain safety, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Define construction planning and execution requirements from design to delivery.
• Participate in procurement and civils supply chain partner requirements.
• Support country delivery, monitor progress, and mitigate risks with the Programme Manager (Construction).
• Resolve issues or disputes with contractors or internal teams promptly and effectively.
