Job summary

HS2 Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Engineer in Milton Keynes/Bicester (Hybrid) to lead risk-based engineering assurance within the Integrated Project Team, ensuring design and construction meet technical requirements and standards in a timely, cost-efficient manner.

The role requires Chartered Engineer level recognition or equivalent, with experience in multi-disciplinary delivery, NEC3 supervision, and CDM responsibilities, contributing to safe, compliant project execution across the railway

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering and safety standards on large infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of NEC3 Supervisor and CDM Regulations 2015 is desirable.
• Ability to lead risk-based engineering assurance and interface management.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk-based engineering assurance within the IPT.
• Ensure asset design and construction meet HS2 technical requirements and standards.
• Discharge NEC3 Supervisor and CDM duties as assigned.
• Support reporting and risk identification for engineering matters.
• Promote design best practices and value engineering within the IPT.
