Hall & Kay is seeking an experienced senior project leader to deliver multiple projects in tandem, guiding Operations Managers, Project Managers, and engineers. You will oversee commercial management to protect profitability, maintain schedules, and ensure high standards of safety and quality.

You will build strong client relationships, pursue new opportunities, and drive financial performance with support from our commercial team.

Formación

• Relevant educational background – degree or equivalent experience in Construction/ME/Building Services.
• Comprehensive senior project management related experience within the sprinkler industry.
• Leadership/people management experience combined with the ability to develop a team below you.
• A proven track record of delivery.
• Experience managing multiple projects with diverse scope of works/range of clients.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge and skills to effectively problem solve.
• High level of self-motivation, organisational ability and drive to meet deadlines.
• Commercial and financial skills, along with proven negotiation skills; IT skills, proficient in Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint along with Primavera / MS Project.
• FIA Qualifications.
• Client engagement and relationship skills; senior leadership experience with a national account or large team.
• Proven delivery improvements and innovations in delivery methods, timescales and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver projects on time and within budget while leading and managing a team.
• Oversee line management of a team delivering project works to clients.
• Hold regular reviews on each project to control programme, cost, quality and safety.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholder clients to encourage repeat business.
• Assist in developing opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Deliver financial targets with support from Commercial team.
• Lead project teams to ensure compliance with policies (H&S, QA, Engineering standards) and company procedures.
• Ensure works comply with British Standards and codes of practice.
• Provide technical support to the contract.
• Carry out staff appraisals and development plans.
• Maintain relations with Commercial, Engineering, Estimating/Work Winning and Support teams.
• Assist in final contract negotiations prior to award.
• Develop customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Share innovations and lessons learned across the business.
