Hall & Kay, a long-established fire protection and security solutions provider based in London, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple concurrent projects. You will manage operations and project teams, ensuring profitability, on-time delivery, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Role requires a degree in Construction/M&E/Building Services or FIA qualifications, a proven track record in sprinkler projects, and strong leadership and client engagement skills.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant educational background – degree or equivalent experience in Construction/M&E/Building Services.
• Comprehensive senior project management related experience within the sprinkler industry.
• Leadership/people management experience combined with the ability to develop a team below you.
• A proven track record of delivery.
• Experience managing multiple projects with diverse scope of works/range of clients.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge and skills to effectively problem solve.
• High level of self-motivation, organisational ability and drive to meet deadlines.
• Commercial and financial skills, along with proven negotiation skills; computer literacy in Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; project management applications e.g. Primavera, MS Project.
• FIA Qualifications.
• You will have client engagement and relationship skills and previous experience in a senior leadership role with a national account or large team.
• Proven track record of delivering improvements and innovations in our delivery methods, timescales and processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage multiple projects concurrently, overseeing Operations Managers, Project Managers, Project Engineers, Supervisors, operatives and sub-contractors.
• Ensure all projects are commercially managed professionally to protect and enhance profitability.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Oversee line management of the project team and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholder clients to encourage repeat business.
• Drive opportunities for existing and new clients aligned with business strategy.
• Coordinate with Commercial team to report financial status and achieve targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Health & Safety, QA and Engineering standards.
• Provide technical support to contracts and aid in final contract negotiations.
• Foster staff development and training through appraisals and action plans.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Engineering, Estimating/Work Winning and Support teams.
