Job summary

Hall and Kay is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team on several concurrent projects in the Greater London area. You will ensure projects are commercially managed, delivered on time, and within budget while maintaining client relationships and pursuing new opportunities.

The role requires extensive senior project management experience in the sprinkler industry, strong leadership, and the ability to drive improvements in delivery methods.

Qualifications

• Relevant educational background - degree or equivalent in Construction/M&E/Building Services.
• Comprehensive senior project management experience within the sprinkler industry.
• Leadership/people management experience with ability to develop a team.
• Proven track record of delivery on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time and within budget while leading and managing a team.
• Oversee line management of a team delivering project works to clients.
• Hold regular reviews on each project to control programme, cost, quality and safety.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholder clients to encourage repeat business and long-term frameworks.
• Assist and develop new opportunities with existing and new clients focusing on end users.
• Deliver financial targets and report financial status with Commercial team support.
• Lead project teams to ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Quality Assurance and standards.
• Ensure works comply with British Standards and codes of practice.
• Provide technical support to the contract.
• Conduct staff appraisals and develop training programs for direct reports.
• Maintain close collaboration with Commercial, Engineering, Estimating/Work Winning and Support teams.
• Assist in final contract negotiations prior to contract award.
• Develop customer relationships and share innovations and lessons learned.
