Job summary

Hall & Kay is recruiting a Project Manager to lead fire sprinkler projects. You will deliver projects on time, within budget, and in line with customer and regulatory requirements.

The role involves initiating meetings, developing programmes, coordinating with clients, and ensuring quality documentation. Key qualifications include BS EN 12845, LPS1048, Prince2, and SMSTS/CSCS, with proven experience managing large construction budgets and on-site teams.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of BS EN 12845 & LPS1048 Schemes.
• Working knowledge of engineering drawings.
• LPCB Testing & Commissioning Module 2 Competent.
• LPCB Site Inspection Module 1 Competent.
• Prince 2 project management methodologies.
• Experience managing large, complex budgets in construction.
• On-site labour & resources management experience.
• Valid SMSTS & CSCS Card.

Responsibilities

• Lead project initiation and handover meetings with stakeholders.
• Produce and maintain the project programme.
• Communicate with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Attend end-of-project CTC meetings and submit documentation.
• Manage on-site resources to maintain programme.
• Record and undertake on-site inspections as scheduled.
• Facilitate toolbox talks and complete H&S documentation.
