Job summary

Hall & Kay is looking for a Project Director to lead multiple projects from Ascot, delivering on time and within budget with a strong focus on safety and quality. You will manage senior project teams and foster productive client relationships.

You will drive commercial performance, develop new opportunities with end-user clients, and align delivery with the business strategy while collaborating with Commercial, Engineering and Support teams.

Qualifications

Relevant educational background - degree or equivalent experience in Construction/Building Services.
Comprehensive senior project management experience within critical infrastructure or sprinkler/MEH sectors.
Proven leadership and people-management abilities with a track record of delivering multiple projects.
Strong written and verbal communication, commercial and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects with a focus on on-time, on-budget delivery.
Oversee line management of project teams including PMs, engineers, and subcontractors.
Regular project reviews for programme, cost, quality and safety compliance.
Develop key client relationships to secure repeat business and strategic frameworks.
Support business development and final contract negotiations with internal teams.
