Job summary

Hall & Kay is seeking a Project Manager to deliver fire sprinkler and security projects from initiation to completion. You will manage budgets, liaise with Sales, Design, and QS, and ensure regulatory and client requirements are met.

You will supervise on-site resources, produce essential project documentation, and drive successful handovers, audits, and final accounts, with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• BS EN 12845 & LPS1048 schemes knowledge.
• Engineering drawings understanding.
• LPCB Testing & Commissioning Module 2 competent.
• LPCB Site Inspection Module 1 competent.
• Prince 2 project management familiarity.
• Experience managing large, complex construction budgets.
• On-site labour & resources management.
• SMSTS & CSCS card holder.
• CDM management principles knowledge.
• RAMs/Quality Plans/Project Plans/CTC trackers production.

Responsibilities

• Lead project initiation and handover meetings with stakeholders.
• Produce and maintain project programme; manage cost and schedule.
• Communicate with clients throughout the life of the project.
• Ensure on-site installers are briefed and competent to meet requirements.
• Maintain project records and documentation (RAMs, O&M, drawings).
• Support audits and manage supplier non-conformities.
