Job summary

GRØ CAREERS in Central London is seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join a growing project management consultancy with hybrid working. You will coordinate multiple projects from pre-construction through delivery, liaising with architects, contractors, suppliers and clients to keep programmes moving and within budgets.

The role offers ownership of workstreams, collaboration with senior PMs and Directors, and exposure to luxury hospitality, leisure and flagship retail

Qualifications

• Experience supporting the delivery of projects within construction, architecture, property development or the wider built environment.
• Understanding how projects progress through design, procurement, construction and completion.
• Confidently coordinate consultants, contractors, project information and deadlines.
• Exposure to procurement or commercial project administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of smaller projects and workstreams, with support from senior Project Managers.
• Coordinating multiple projects from pre-construction through delivery, completion and handover.
• Working directly with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers and clients to keep projects progressing.
• Monitoring programmes, milestones and outstanding actions, identifying risks before they become problems.
• Supporting commercial activities including procurement, quotations, project budgets, cost reports and purchase orders.
• Attending project and site meetings, producing clear records and ensuring agreed actions are followed through.
• Supporting construction activities, contractor coordination, snagging and project handovers.
• Helping project teams find practical solutions when programmes change or unexpected challenges arise.
