Job summary

EMJ seeks an enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our London team. The role focuses on delivering gold‑standard projects, delighting clients, and driving repeat revenue while developing the skills to excel in project management.

The position is hybrid (3 days in the office, probation up to 5 days) with onsite work at our London/Moorgate office. You will support planning, coordination, risk monitoring, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely, on‑scope projects.

Responsibilities

• Support creation, maintenance, and adaptation of project plans to ensure timely delivery and on‑budget work.
• Assist in coordinating all stages of the project lifecycle from initiation to close‑out.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and elevate issues as needed.
• Act as a point of contact for internal teams, ensuring clear objectives and timelines.
• Support meetings, calls, and documentation to keep stakeholders informed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify process improvements and efficiencies.
