GRØ CAREERS in Central London is seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join a growing project management consultancy with hybrid working. You will coordinate multiple projects from pre-construction through delivery, liaising with architects, contractors, suppliers and clients to keep programmes moving and within budgets.
The role offers ownership of workstreams, collaboration with senior PMs and Directors, and exposure to luxury hospitality, leisure and flagship retail
Some people manage tasks. Others make things happen!
Projects rarely run exactly as planned.
Programmes change.
Contractors need answers.
Clients have questions.
…and somewhere amongst it all, somebody needs to make sure the right people have the right information to keep everything moving.
If you're the person who naturally takes ownership, brings order to competing priorities and enjoys finding solutions when things get complicated, this could be a brilliant next step.
We're partnering with an established, entrepreneurial project management consultancy that's continuing to grow its presence across London's built environment.
Their projects span luxury hospitality, high-end leisure, flagship retail environments and beautifully designed workplaces, bringing together design, construction and commercial delivery.
They're now looking for an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join their growing team.
This is an opportunity to work closely with experienced Project Managers and Directors, contribute to the delivery of exciting projects and take on greater responsibility as your career develops.
You will be an important part of the project delivery team, helping to turn complex programmes, competing priorities and ambitious design concepts into completed spaces.
Your days could involve…
You will gain exposure to the technical, operational and commercial aspects of project delivery, with opportunities to develop your confidence and experience in managing projects more independently.
You may already be working as a Senior Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager, Construction Coordinator or Design Coordinator.
Perhaps you've developed your experience within an architecture practice, multi-D or construction consultancy, property developer, fit-out contractor or project management business.
We're looking for someone who…
You don't need to know everything. But you should have enough experience to understand what makes projects successful, the confidence to ask the right questions and the initiative to help make things happen.
The role is based in central London, with regular collaboration at the office alongside opportunities to attend client meetings and live project sites.
There's flexibility for up to one day working from home each week.
