Job summary

AtkinsRéalis UK Limited seeks a Project Controls Reporting & Digital Manager to lead digital reporting, automation and AI-enabled solutions for major construction and infrastructure projects.

You will design and maintain Power BI dashboards for cost, forecast and performance reporting, while embedding automation to improve accuracy and timeliness. The role blends client delivery with internal tool development and governance across project controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Controls within infrastructure sector.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders including clients, senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in a client organisation for complex infrastructure projects/programmes.
• Advanced Power BI skills including data modelling and optimisation.
• Delivery of automation and AI-enabled digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver digital reporting, dashboards, automation and AI-enabled solutions on client-facing construction and infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with clients to translate reporting requirements into digital solutions.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards supporting cost, forecast and performance reporting.
• Embed automation and AI to improve reporting efficiency and timeliness.
• Act as a trusted consultant, providing insights and recommendations to client stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to standardise project controls reporting frameworks, tools and processes across AtkinsRéalis projects.
• Develop reusable dashboards, automation workflows and digital solutions for multiple projects.
• Support data confidence, reporting maturity and digital capability within the organisation.
• Share knowledge and best practices across Project Controls and Digital communities.
