Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Controls Reporting & Digital Manager or Senior Manager to support the delivery of digital, reporting and automation solutions across client projects, while also contributing to internal tools, standards and processes that enhance AtkinsRéalis’ project controls capability.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Controls within infrastructure sector, ideally in a consulting environment.
• Exceptional skills and experience at managing stakeholders such as clients, senior leaders, and various colleagues in a matrix and line organization.
• Experience in a client organisation for a complex infrastructure project/programme.
• Advanced experience in Power BI, including data modelling and optimisation.
• Demonstrable experience delivering automation and AI-enabled digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver digital reporting, dashboards, automation and AI-enabled solutions on client-facing construction and infrastructure projects.
• Work directly with clients to translate reporting requirements into effective digital solutions.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards supporting cost, forecast and performance reporting.
• Embed automation and AI solutions to improve reporting efficiency, accuracy and timeliness.
